What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is a supportive and guiding relationship between a more experienced individual (the mentor) and a less experienced person (the mentee). Mentoring involves the mentor sharing their knowledge, skills, and expertise to help the mentee develop personally, academically, or professionally.
The goal of mentoring is to empower the mentee to reach their full potential, set and achieve goals, navigate challenges, and grow both personally and professionally.
The mentoring sessions provide a safe and impartial space for your child to express themselves openly with a trusted adult who is not a family member or friend.
